REFUND & PAYMENT

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing, telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the NASS, paid or unpaid invoices, will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received 14 to 30 days prior to the NASS, paid or unpaid invoices will be refunded at 50% of the invoice. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of the NASS and all unpaid invoices will be due in full. Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation.

Force Majeure

If MAMA is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the NASS you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such summit cannot be held or does not occur due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel or facility availability, commodities or supplies, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) MAMA will refund 75% of the cost of registration. However, MAMA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of notification.

Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION BELOW – THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the deadline(s) listed within this policy. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Letters and/or an email should be received or postmarked by no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the NASS to receive a full refund of the registration fee (less an administrative fee of $50.00).

Refund requests postmarked or emailed less than 30 days, but prior to 14 days from the start of the NASS – will receive a 50% refund.

Request for refunds received within 14 days of the NASS will not be considered.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation.

Exhibitor / Sponsor Policies

NASS Exhibit Booth Space Payment/Refund Policy

You will receive a contract at the time of reservation. The exhibit will be held as Pending for 60 days after receipt of this contract. If payment is not received within 60 days of receipt of contract, the exhibit will be marked Available and contract will be null and void. Regardless of purchase date, all exhibits and sponsorships must be paid in full 45 days prior to the start of the event. Payment may be made by check or credit card. Exhibitor shall have the right to cancel booth space agreement at any time by written notice to MAMA. In the event of such cancellation received up to 60 calendar days prior to the summit, MAMA shall refund 90% of booth space rental. MAMA shall refund 50% of both space cost on cancellations received between 30-59 calendar days prior to the summit. No refund will be made on cancellations received within 29 calendar days of the summit. Under all circumstances, MAMA retains the right to resell any booth space cancelled by exhibitor. NASS Advertising/Marketing Payment/Refund Policy:

Full payment of advertising or marketing fees must be provided at the time of reservation. Payment may be made by check or credit card. Cancellation, refund or advertising change requests will not be accepted if received by MAMA after the published deadline for receipt of ad copy (or 30 days before the NASS for web ads.) As of this published date, an ad is considered to be “in production.” Cancellation, refund or advertising change requests (deletions) will be accepted if received by MAMA, in writing, prior to the published deadline (or 30 days before the NASS for web ads.) A $75 processing fee will be assessed. If a package was “reserved” and has not been paid by the published deadline, MAMA retains the right to cancel the package. Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to MAMA at:

NASS Sponsorship Payment/Refund Policy:

You will receive a contract at the time of reservation. The sponsorship will be held as Pending for 60 days after receipt of this contract. If payment is not received within 60 days of receipt of contract, the sponsorship will be marked Available and contract will be null and void. Regardless of purchase date, all exhibits and sponsorships must be paid in full 45 days prior to the start of the event. Payment may be made by check or credit card. If notice of cancellation is made 150 calendar days before the first day of the summit, a refund less 50% of the contracted amount will be issued. If notice of cancellation is made less than 150 calendar days before the first day of the summit NO REFUND will be issued. Any reduction in sponsorship level will be treated the same as sponsorship cancellation and will be refunded accordingly. Insurance and Liability Policy:

The exhibitor hereby assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and save the Hotel, its owners, its operator, MAMA, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors and agents harmless against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by its installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or sue of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole gross negligence of the Hotel and its employees and agents.

The exhibitor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of the installation and use of the exhibit premises, policies of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Contractual Liability Insurance, insuring and specifically referring to the Contractual liability set forth in this exhibit agreement, in an amount not less than $2,000,000 Combined Single Limit for personal injury and property damage. The Hotel, its owners, its operator and MAMA shall be included in such policies as additional named insureds. In addition, the exhibitor acknowledges that neither the Hotel, its owners, its operator, nor MAMA maintain insurance covering exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of thee the exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance insuring any losses by the exhibitor.

Force Majeure

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

This Terms of Use Agreement is a contract between you and the Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association (“MAMA”). All transactions, activities and all other uses of these Web sites (“Websites”) are covered by this Agreement. Use of this site is also addressed by MAMA’s Privacy Policy. By using the MAMA Web site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, regardless of whether you are a member of MAMA. If you do not agree, you should leave the Website and discontinue use of the services provided on the Web site.

ACCESS AND USE

The contents of this Website are for personal, non-commercial purposes. Information contained on this Website may not be used for commercial purposes including personal contact information of the MAMA leadership, members, suppliers and business partners and staff.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

You understand that you assume all risk of using this Website. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MAMA expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind with respect to the site, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. MAMA makes no warranty that the site and/or any content therein will meet your requirements, or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, current, accurate, complete or error-free or that the results that may be obtained by use of the site and/or any content therein will be accurate or reliable. You understand and acknowledge that your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to any defect in or dissatisfaction with the site is to cease using the Website.

You expressly understand and agree that MAMA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data loss or other losses (even if MAMA has been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the site, (ii) the cost of procurement of any substitute products and/or services resulting from any products, data, information or services obtained or which you were unable to obtain or transactions effected or failed to be affected, (iii) any link provided in connection with the site or (iv) any matter otherwise related to your use of the site.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that any material contained on this Web site infringes your copyright, you should notify the MAMA. The MAMA will take appropriate action about claims of infringement that it receives and will take appropriate action as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

TERM

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website or its Content as well as after your status as a user ceases. The MAMA shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate access rights to this site to any party.

FURTHER PROVISIONS

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and the MAMA about the use of the MAMA Web site. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement may be modified by MAMA in its sole discretion from time to time.
